HCDC Mission

Founded in 2009, HCDC is dedicated to affordable housing, economic development and community capacity building on or near Hawaiian Home Lands. We believe that we must be active in creating the solutions to the challenges in our communities.

HCDC is governed by a five-member board of directors with designated seats representing each of the island regions or Mokupuni.

HCDC is led by Co-Executive Directors, Ms. Kara Chow and Ms. Jordyn Danner.
